Job Description
Assess, plans and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs for individual patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. Supervise work of support personnel.
The Physical Therapist works with two O.T.'s and a COTA and one SLP. The Ratio is one P.T. and two P.T.A's for 11 patients per day.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited
Physical Therapy program with Current Physical Therapy
License PA required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
* Current CPR preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in acute care, out-patient, and in-patient rehab
related to patients with neuro, ortho, general deconditioning
and mild dementia diagnosis preferred. (WILL CONSIDER NEW GRADUATES FOR THIS POSITION)
SKILLS:
* Ability to handle multiple demands.
* Ability to communicate in writing as well as verbally.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Good computer skills.
* Valid PA Driver's License with Liability Insurance on Personal Vehicle
and Satisfactory Driving History according to PADOT.
