Basic Baby Care Educational ProgramsServices

The Basic Baby Care class is held in a two-class series on Thursdays in January, March, May, July, September, and November from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at The Live Well Center located at 3 Alexandra Court, across the street from Carlisle Regional Medical Center. For exact dates, please check under the "Events" Section.

This parenting class is the perfect way to learn about all the newest, approved methods to care for your new baby. You will cover such topics as, bathing; feeding and diapering; crying and colic; baby safety and health; parent fatigue; lifestyle changes; returning to work; and finding child care.

You will also have the opportunity to have all your baby care questions answered by an instructor who is a Registered Nurse and is experienced in child health and also currently works in the Women's Center at Carlisle Regional Medical Center.

There is a $27.50 per couple fee and pre-registration is required for this class. To register or for more information, call the Women's Center at 960-3409.
